Tubing worked. What attaches to your existing pump could afford to be a bit longer imo. I used mine in a backpack on my back with a hospital grade pump. Kinda saddened there is no back flow protector to the tubing since this system cables you to move around. The piece that attaches two tubes together really should be sold individually. However I needed up paying the over 50 bucks for the cups and an additional 15 bucks for the additional accessory tubing to make this system work. Hopefully it all holds up.
