I like how you can use it for multiple purposes (scheduling, broadcasting etc.). It's easy to set up different types of broadcasts; I haven't had any problems using this software so far! The support from the team has been great too - whenever we did have questions or issues they were always there to help us out as quickly as possible. Not much to dislike about this product - would recommend giving it a try if you are looking for something that will allow you to easily broadcast in various ways. We've managed to get more engaged members into our group by having them listen to other people posting instead of just reading through all their messages.
