This product has serious quality problems. The hand bar looks solid and well designed, but the hand held shower head came with a broken inner plastic tube at the base. I thought I was just unlucky with the lemon so I asked for a replacement. And now a replacement has arrived with the exact same problem - a broken shower head with torn parts in the box. This does not appear to be a packaging issue as the boxes show no signs of damage. This suggests that the plastic tube inside the shower head is too bristly and the shower head was not fitted tightly enough, so any pressure on the original packaging could cause parts of the shower head to come loose and break the inner plastic tube. The hose is also unfortunate as while it should be brushed nickel it looks more like chrome with only the two end fittings being brushed nickel. I would like to keep the bar but am very disappointed with the broken shower head. I can't believe Danze doesn't understand there is a quality issue here.
