I've used it a few times and it's been great. I put it away for a few months and when I started using it again I only get a weekly pulse when I touch the pulse switch. I'm very frustrated because I haven't been able to talk to anyone about this to find out if it's operator error or if the machine is actually shorting out which it appears to be. i used it twice. Now it's just a useless item. ;(Update: My brother-in-law tinkered with it, pushed the attachment along, and it works! I suspected it might be operator error, the frustration was that you can't ask anyone for help.
