OK for beginners but Jessup let me down
This is similar in quality to Jessup's 8 piece set I tried recently. I have been using Jessop brushes for at least 5 years and so far they have impressed me. These brushes scratch my face. (But I have sensitive skin). The all-white bristles are the worst of all; the rest is not so bad. But if you think they're similar to Jessup's earlier brushes, I don't recommend them. Spend $10-$15 more for an older Jessup set with all brown bristles and they won't disappoint. Here the set is mediocre. Of course, there are TONS of brushes out there, probably more than you'll ever use, but they're not premium brushes.
