I bought the same size as all other pairs of shoes (US men's 11) and they were able to fit my feet but only with the utmost conviction. The arch area was so narrow that I could not comfortably walk anywhere in it. I immediately sent them back and got a full size up (US 12 for men). The toe box is narrower than I would have liked and I still feel a bit of pressure in the arch, but it's no longer uncomfortable. They wear in for a while and fit my feet a little better. I recommend one size larger than you think. Shipping was very fast, even with a refund it only took 2 days to receive my replacement.
