I've done a lot of research on different brands of waist trainers and this brand seems to have the best reviews. My height is 5 feet 2 inches. and about 160 pounds and I ordered a large one. It fits perfectly. I was amazed at how amazing I looked after putting it on. I was trying to find a product that would help me shrink my tummy again after having a baby. Now hopefully with this diet and exercise I can finally shed the rest of that baby weight! The delivery was fast and the product is great!
