Review on Digital Weight Scale - Tanita HD-351 by Mallory Roberts

I have been using Tanita Chinese scales for 6 years. This scale has "MADE IN CHINA" written in capital letters on the back. I firmly believe that quality is more important than quantity. Although the product description for this scale clearly states that the scale is made in Japan, there is no indication of this either on the packaging or on the scale itself. Trust me I've checked the scale and box twice and nothing is really mentioned. I find it very suspicious that they didn't write that on their product. When it comes to company products, it shouldn't be a problem to at least write where the product was made. Also, this scale gave me the same readings as the Chinese scales from the same company. All in all I couldn't be more disappointed. I found Tanita more transparent.
