The ability of being able to see all calls from multiple vendors within my organization at once is great! Having this capability with other departments as well would be nice but I think we're getting there now too (we have over 100 employees). It's also very easy to use - just set up your filters so you can select what information you want right away without having any training or support needed after setup. We've been using unified call accounting since 2012 when our previous vendor was acquired by Avaya. This has allowed us not worry about who made/answered which phone number anymore because everything comes through UCA automatically.
