iMac display fell off
The adhesive broke after 3 months and the iMac display detached and fell off. I opened the iMac's display to swap out the hard drive. I've made over a dozen of these but this one fell apart first. I'm pretty sure the glue wasn't fingered and all the old glue was carefully removed before assembly. I think those tapes were poorly made.
