Oooh, this bag is awesome, but the workmanship sucks π! Style, feel, material (looks only), design, size, organization are great! It has 3 zippers AND ALL 3 are broken and/or sewn back to front! It has 3 straps, 2 handles are not even! It has 2 snaps. They are NOT lined up, so none of them work! can i get it back No! It's a problem for me to be honest! What can I do? Gift to my 3 year old granddaughter! She looks like me and loves bags! I went grey, I wanted brown purple, it was sold out! Please update your manufacturer and it will be 5 stars now, 2
