I bought this watch because I needed a statement piece, a kind of masculine piece of jewellery. This product definitely meets these requirements: its stocky profile, the contrast of light and dark tones and the clearly visible graininess make it eye-catching and popular. I've received several compliments, ranging from the light color and unusual material to the fact that the wooden clock seems unusually appropriate to me as a builder. People seem to really like this watch. As a carpenter, I liked the simple, uncomplicated design. It has a simple geometric design, neither overloaded nor complicated, but sober and concise. There are no letters or numbers on it, just relief divisions of hours and minutes. (The maker's mark is engraved on the dial, but not stained or smudged.) This watch has a clean and organic look, something a lumberjack or ranger can wear in the woods to keep a crew on schedule. has a battery and requires no winding. But it's not like the high-tech wonders people wore on their wrists a decade ago, before our phones became our go-to watches. It has no decorations such as the date, water resistance or barometer; They tell the time just fine but still look simple and clean like what your grandfather wore in simpler times. Please note that this watch is sold with a strap that is intentionally oversized for most people. They expect you to lower it. It comes with a tool that you use to push out the connector pins and allow you to adjust your own watch strap, but mine bent on the first try and I had to take the watch to my local jeweler to complete the adjustment. It only cost about five dollars, but it had to be done. You probably won't be able to wear this watch right away.
