Elastic laces instead of laces

Only complaint: elastic laces instead of laces. Because of this, they are difficult to put on because the upper of the boot cannot be stretched much. It's a little uncomfortable for a toddler or when dressing a little person who doesn't quite understand how to put on shoes. Otherwise great boots. Elastic laces don't necessarily put me off another purchase.
