What a scam. I spent over $5,000 on a $7,000 printer that is now worth $1,000. I feel like I was mugged at gunpoint by a lab coat wearing nerd named Xerox. Never again, never again. I just bought an Epson Ecotank with a thousand bottle system and it prints better than this LED technology and doesn't cost billions of dollars every few weeks. The Xerox service technician charged $250 just to come and look at it for 15 minutes. What the hell are these guys doing for the industry? I think they're going broke.
