Beautiful but very scratchy
Even after washing my hands it was really tingling and gave my little one a pretty rough rash after about an hour. Wouldn't recommend it.

- What a beautiful dress. The quality was very good. Very happy with the dress and the seller.

- Black velvet can easily attract pet hair or down.
