Extremely disappointed

My husband and I have loads of photos on our phones. When I saw this product I was so excited to wear and keep it! I'm pretty tech savvy and can usually figure things out, but not in this case. The USB stick stays empty and my phone is still full of photos. The instructions that came with it didn't help at all.
