The fabric is very soft, thin and stretchy. The seams were clean, no loose threads or anything like that. Don't expect your stomach to feel super roasted or anything right away when you put it on. I feel a very slight temperature change when I put it on, but that's about it. I wear this at home all the time, especially when my stomach is bothering me. I think it helps me feel better, maybe it's just a placebo effect, but I still enjoy wearing it.
