My Mac drained to 0 while connected to a network

There are many USB-C hubs. I would like to warn you about this. From the outside it looks good - the materials are acceptable and it doesn't look cheap. However, some internal components are, well, not the best quality. I had three main problems: * When I plugged it in, my Mac's screen flickered because it automatically detected another "display" even if it wasn't connected to the HDMI port. * Even with the charger connected, something will happen and this device will drain the battery; drained my mac to 0% in about an hour* After a while the mac lost devices connected through this hub and the screen kept flashing. much better (and surprisingly cheaper) alternatives like those from Anker that worked just fine.
