? Is it really 14k gold?

Gave this to my daughter for her birthday and she is allergic to all kinds of fakes somehow it's 14k gold? Her skin was so badly torn that she had to see a dermatologist, just wondering is it really gold? It's beautiful, but unfortunately she can't wear it.
