This is a great product, if a bit pricey for the amount you get. I apply it to the lower and upper eyelid and nothing will move. I have very severe allergies and even with waterproof mascara I would have "raccoon eyes" especially under my right eye. I was determined to find something that might help, and it certainly did. I don't know exactly what keeps my mascara from smudging because I don't use it on my lashes or switch mascara, so I attribute it to this product. Don't overdo it or it will turn into a gel when you add powder or concealer.
