This backpack is very cute. I took "blue" and love the color. It has shades of purple, and if you look at it from an angle in the light, the purple actually shimmers a bit, which is pretty cool. The only downside I can think of is that I wish the shoulder straps were a bit thicker, wider and softer than they are. Overall I had no issues with it and the straps didn't hurt me (and I wore it in a tank top) in any way.
