I don't know how to give 1/2 stars so this is really 4.5 stars. The product was really easy to assemble and fit my entire closet of clothes (I have a lot) perfectly. The bottom rack does support bins, however my bins were to small and went through the opening (no fault of the seller) so I'll just get bigger bins.The reason I could not give it the extra .5 star or 1 star as really shown, is because one side of the rack did not 'click' into place in two areas. This rack is built by assembling the pieces and clicking to make sure it's secure. Hence one side is not secure but it was sturdy enough for me to place the clothes on anyway and so far (only about 1 week), the whole rack has not come crashing down. As soon as I can get muscle help, I'm sure I can have someone assist with getting the one side to click and all will be well.
