Break easily. I'll add that I'm using it for a cable TV outlet, so it's probably a heavier load than an RJ-11 or Cat 6 cable. However, I wouldn't recommend using a plug that frequently has a- and must be unplugged. It works great for my purpose as I rarely have to touch it once installed. It looks better and more finished than just a cable lying on the floor with a coupler between the wall and the TV. The sticky pad seems to be holding up well, but I also screwed in the screws.
