I can only say that I have a skin disease. Recently diagnosed. Dry, rough skin. After ONE use I could feel the difference and I'm not kidding! I will continue to use this product without a doubt. The only thing I didn't know was if it's safe to use on my face as I have moderate/severe hyperpigmentation. But my arms, legs and décolleté area have improved significantly after one application.
