The ease of integrating with other systems, including payroll system which makes it easy for employees who are currently working elsewhere (previous employer) can continue use their same email address/login credentials once they have moved over to Metabo.

There hasn't been much customer support during initial rollout but this is expected as we were part of beta testing process so there has definitely been improvements since then! As an outsourced service provider our customers trust us enough that they don’t mind paying monthly subscription fees even when its not required by law or regulation - hence revenue generation aspect was important too. It's great having multiple options at hand if one link gets down due to technical issues etc.
