Excellent customer support

Key #4 stopped working after two months. Then the + button got stuck. I emailed Support.Acedada@foxmail.com and within HOURS they responded with a solution. Just reboot by plugging the dongle into a different USB port and you're good to go. However, I did not expect such a mistake, hence 4 instead of 5 stars.
