advantages: item was well packed and safe. It took about 20 minutes to set it up with a screwdriver. My 1 and 4 year old boys love this item. The parts are solid except for the steering wheel, it broke right away but the noise is annoying so it didn't bother me! They play with it every day and use it for hours. I like to keep them away from screens and it definitely helps my 1 year old's motor skills. Cons: Difficult to get directions at first! I had to figure out how to scan the QR code on the box, but everything was written in Chinese, so it took me a minute to figure it out. The packaging was sturdy but very dirty, after that I had to vacuum the house and look for small pieces of styrofoam. The phone also kept falling off the hook until I realized you had to press a button to keep it afloat. Overall I am very happy with this purchase, I highly recommend it!
