First of all it has to have instructions so I can't give it 5 stars. Place the inner flap between your lips and teeth, and then try to close your lips in the middle, right, then left. Repeat this 30 times and you will feel a burning sensation. I've tried many products, mostly facial exercises like Facial Flex. If you feel a burning sensation from a product, it is building muscle. I've been using it for 3 days and I have a burning sensation on my throat and around my mouth that is different from other products. I'm adding this to my list of good budget facial products.
