I am an advanced photographer who is passionate about taking lots of pictures. I wanted to have a dimmable light for my photo collection that would allow me to control the brightness of the light for my photos. I am very happy with this ring light as it has options to adjust the brightness. Installation was easy enough, just loosening the screws on the stand, holding it at the adjustable height, and screwing it back on. I took these photos with multiple lighting options (from 3000K at 40% brightness to 5500K at 100% brightness). Sweta). Some ideas for setting up the ring light: 1. The stand and ring light are about 7ft tall after everything is pulled out.2. The flashlight has two power buttons. After connecting the power cord, be sure to turn on the power button on the indicator ring, and then PRESS the power button, which adjusts the brightness of the light. Otherwise the light will not turn on.3. When the screws are tight, like mine (I had an issue where the ring light screw that attaches to the stand was very tight. I had to apply a pinch of oil to loosen the screw. Other than that, everything worked fine for me .)4. The ring light can be adjusted with another button screw dedicated for the light.5. The stand is solid enough and the installation is very easy. Overall, this is a great light that's great for my photos. I've made very short videos with my kids with this light, it's a great addition.
