The support team is very responsive and helpful! We've been able to use HostMedia for our website since 2014, and have had no issues with it. I don't think there's anything that I dislike about HostMedia as a whole. They are very knowledgeable. If you're looking for someone who can help you set up your site, they are great at that. Our previous host was not so easy to work with. Sometimes we would get emails saying our account was suspended or banned without any explanation. With HostMedia, everything has run smoothly. They also offer a free trial period of 30 days, which allows us to test their services out before committing to them. It's nice that we have access to an entire team of people if we need help in the future.
