Product defect, easy return.
For the price, this shoe ticks all the boxes. It wasn't until I put them on that I noticed that part of the sole wasn't properly cured I think. It was soft and melted to the touch, but there was no contact with any heat sources and it stayed soft all night. I explained this to the seller, showed the photos and they refunded my money with no problems.
- The shoes are very comfortable, look great and are very durable
- May have a strong chemical odor upon arrival
