Legs don't lock so they keep folding backwards which isn't secure for a laptop so the cup holder is pointless - also the cup holder has a depth of about half an inch, so again an unsafe place to store liquids next to a computer or laptop. I could forgive that, though if those darn legs were locked in the open position so the whole thing wouldn't fall apart when you move the device to stand up or move your body. Also, if you try to push your legs back while holding up part of the table, it's very easy to get your hand or finger caught, and it hurts!
