I have used it 4 times during a recent business trip where each flight was 9.5 hours. The first plus is that the pillow is easy to inflate and deflate. When I first used it, I inflated it to full size. It was extremely uncomfortable. It only took 3 short breaths to get me comfortable. It was very easy to deflate the pillow by squeezing the internal valve to deflate without even removing the pillow from the neck. The second point is the material. I don't like it when my neck is warm and I was surprised that the material made me feel comfortable when it's cold on the plane and when it's not cold. Third, you can use it with both the front and rear crossbar. I liked it on the back. I have also used it as a side pillow when sleeping in the side seats. The seat next to me was empty. I also doubled it up and used it on a tray table and it worked well. I carried it in my backpack and had to look for it as it is light and gets lost in the backpack. The eye mask works great too. I didn't use earplugs just because I have my own. All in all a great travel purchase.
