I've had back problems and odd posture all my life from scoliosis and herniated discs in my neck and lumbar spine stiffness in my childhood. Sitting in car seats for long periods sometimes made the problems worse, so I tried to find a solution that didn't involve custom seats for my car. It was a great purchase. I needed something that would fill the gap between my head and the headrest behind it that wouldn't sink into my lower back with every movement. Worked perfectly and is very comfortable. I recommend it to anyone with back or neck issues or just anyone who wants extra neck comfort in a car seat. You can change its height or slide it back when you don't want to use it (e.g. when my husband is driving my car) and when you need it it stays in place. Highly recommended.
