Bought these for my no longer husky 12 year old son who is losing weight and growing taller because he needed some solid black sweatpants for a hip hop dance performance. I'd still say he's smaller than his peers so I was expecting the plus size to be too big and long but they fit him almost too well meaning he'll only be able to wear them a year before at most he outgrows them. Pockets and drawstrings are great additions to any sweatpants, and they have both. They don't feel too bulky or heavy so they can be worn even on warmer days in late spring/early summer.
