The product was packaged too small when it arrived, causing the toe of the shoe to curl up. Because of this, the shoes couldn't stay on her foot properly because her toes were pushing her feet out of the shoes. She ended up standing with her heels on the floor and the middle of her feet on the back of her shoes. We tried putting the shoes under a heavy object for 3 days to get them back to normal, but they just bounce off after 10-15 minutes. Do not buy this shoe if you do not want your children to walk on the heel of the shoe.
