Sturdy but disappointing

A very strong, durable suitcase that seems to hold up well to the abuse of two young children. My only complaint is that the stand is almost impossible to open without using something to open it. I thought it might just be a coincidence but I have two of these cases and each has a SUPER tight footrest.
