Bakers Pride Madeleine
This is a very good Madeleine tin. I've tried a few of the standard versions of non-stick madeleine pans and your madeleines have failed. While other pans are cheaper, the end result is disastrous. Make sure every pan you get is non-stick. I've tried others and used different oils and butters and nothing worked for me. The only way out is not to glue.
