Bright for daytime use so people can see, but dim but manageable at night.
Look at the pictures. The left side light is true 6k light and very bright, you can't see the bulb. If you see a light bulb, it's not bright enough. On the right is a lightbulb and this is the lightbulb I am reviewing. HID bulbs 6k vs 10k with ballast. * I tried to take pictures by setting my phone's camera to show it. *
