This part is just Samsung's scheme to generate residual income from the printers they sell to customers. Rather than replacing this part, I recommend replacing the entire printer with an HP printer that only needs replacing the toner, not this stupid part. You save money in the long run. This piece comes out every 6 months and it's not because it really wears out; It's programmed to stop working after so many print jobs so they can make extra money from that printer they originally sold you. No more Samsung printer for me. You're a sucker if you keep playing her games. Get rid of any printer that uses this part and write a bad review for any product that uses it. It should be a criminal offense for parts to fail intentionally.
