summer = sandals/flip flops, winter/snow = waterproof winter boots. Because everything in between has become my shoe. They still look good 3 years later - bought in 2018 although I don't wear them in wet weather just because I want to keep their original look (wet spring and fall = breathable waterproof hiking shoes). I live overseas and was thinking about changing it up when I get back to the US and start shopping again, but when I put them on tonight I thought, 'Why should I? They look good, they feel comfortable in the right places." with proper arch support for me (size 10.5). Why not be like Steve Jobs and wear the same thing just because it works?" I've seen a few who bought them recently and have complained of quality issues I have not noticed this on them and have had them for just over three years I hope Merrell continue to make a quality product.
