I have long hair and my neck gets hot so I usually wear it in a ponytail. I have thick hair and I love it because it leaves no marks/kinks in my hair, it's not tight but it holds my hair up all day. When I use them my scalp doesn't hurt when I take them out which is a big plus! I prefer this slim version because it seems to have a bit more stretch than the regular ones. I've been wearing them for years and have never had a single break. They don't return to their original shape over time, but they still stretch and hold hair. Good product!
