The cable I bought in November 2019 broke in April 2020. After months of waiting due to Covid, they replied and promised to replace the item. By August 2020 they blamed Covid for the shipping delays and told me they would send me a replacement once it became available. I haven't heard from them since then. It is now August 2021 and I am totally oblivious and still waiting for a response from their support team. I recently sent them another message asking for a refund on both products I purchased! ATTENTION TO THE BUYER! Never buy this Sagmoc brand! breaking tips. The cable does not go well in turns. It's useless!
