The best thing is that it allows me to store all my emails in one place, so I don't have to go through them when searching for something. It also has an option for auto-responders which I like as well since this saves time from writing out those messages myself. There are some bugs with regards to attachments being lost in transit or not showing properly sometimes. Make sure you take your time setting up everything correctly before using this software because there can be issues if it's not set up right away. A lot of times people get frustrated by the fact that they need to download multiple programs just to keep track of their email but MailStore Server manages and stores all the data associated with our email system. This makes things easier than having to search through individual files every time we want to find information about an old project/client.
