The company emailed me with installation instructions which I received before my scale arrived. You really helped. I had a little trouble getting the 2 person setup to work, but after a short while a second person took over and I'm very happy with it. It seems very accurate and easy to use and display with various measurements along with the weight. Update: I'm having the same issue as the other reviewer. This is incorrect. Found it odd that when I was home at home naked in the morning I weighed only 1lb less than in the afternoon after drinking water, coffee and lunch at the doctor's, fully clothed including shoes. My husband then told me that there was at least a 4 pound difference between those weights and the weights at Veterans Hospital. I took a friend to the ER last week (it's a small town and they made me wait in the back with her) and I used her scale there. Literally a few hours later, when I got home, I immediately weighed myself in the same clothes, didn't drink or eat, and weighed 6 pounds more. It may be "calibrated" but I know hospital scales are calibrated (note the white calibration sticker). And the scales from 4 different medical facilities were consistently the same and this one was 6 pounds over for me. Kind of anti-motivational.
