Water is leaking from outlet valve (8qt Instant Pot Duo80)

I've been careful to get the right valve size for my 8 liter Instant Pot. Used it today for a roast beef recipe that only had 2 cups of liquid and the steam valve was squirting water all over. It reached pressure too quickly for what I was cooking and depressurized too quickly, telling me it was reaching the wrong pressure for the roast I was cooking. I'll try again, but so far it's a failure. 19.10.2020
