This thing has some crazy viewing options. I gave it a 1 for warmth because the stainless steel ball bearing isn't very warm. Unfortunately it deserves a 5 for cleanliness and value. Anyway, I clean these things with peroxide and then put them in my liquid nutrition bottles so they don't get confused with minimal shaking (similar to a spray can). They are perfect for this purpose.
