The amp was broken when it arrived but Julie at Neoteck was kind enough to send me a replacement and it works great. I am very happy with Julie's new and service. [UPDATE] Unfortunately I have to deduct three stars as the replacement also turned out to be faulty. I was listening to music when the sound was gone. The device did not light up - when you turn it on, the red light is on. Tried turning it off and on didn't help. Unplugged power cord (it was fully charged) and plugged it back in, no change. The amp is dead. I will not be returning it as Julie at Neoteck was kind enough to give me this replacement. Neotock's service is excellent, but buying an amp is a gamble - I've had two and they both broke after a few days. I had such bad experience with the amp because I was listening to music while it was connected to my computer via the charging cable and there was so much hissing and hissing. Just yesterday I stumbled across it in a drawer and tried again. Same problem. For some reason I unplugged the power cord and all the noise stopped. Now that I've got the head screwed on properly I can say that this is actually a really nice little headphone amp and the real deal. The sound is pleasant and goes until 11!
