No seriously, the cover is so soft! If you've never petted a rabbit, you'll know what it's like after you buy this blanket! Now first impressions. Soft of course, but it wasn't quite what I expected. The squares of the blanket are not densely filled with beads, each square has a cotton-like substance along with the beads making it comfortable, but when you wrap the blanket over your shoulders all the beads fall to the bottom of each square, causing it to collapse becomes a little lumpy. This blanket is definitely suitable for just lying down with or wrapping around your lower body while just sitting. definitely. Don't get me wrong, this blanket is HEAVY! It's super comfortable and relaxing! I don't know if it's psychological or something, but I feel more relaxed when I'm under this blanket! I only had it for one night and immediately felt a difference. If you suffer from claustrophobia, I don't think this blanket is for you. Like I said, it's VERY HEAVY and you can feel trapped under its weight if you're doing a lot of lying down motion. All in all I don't regret my purchase.
