This nappy cream works great. This is the first remedy I've tried that actually prevents diaper rash. I use it with almost every diaper change, especially at night and before bed, and we almost never get redness, and if we do, it goes away by the next diaper change. It worked very well on our cloth diapers and I didn't notice any buildup at all. The stick is very easy and gentle to apply and the scent is very neutral and doesn't make my daughter smell of herbal tea like some other sticks. I can't say if it's good for getting rid of nasty breakouts because we haven't had them since we started this.
